Greg's business interests are in
two areas: Education and real estate. In the area of education, Greg is
a classroom teacher, both at the
middle school and community college levels. Greg teaches full-time at Boulder Ridge
Middle School in Romoland, California and is also an associate instructor for
Mt. San Jacinto College teaching in the Multimedia department at the Menifee Valley campus.
Greg is pursuing an Ed.D. in Educational Technology from Pepperdine University where
he is currently in his final semester of coursework and preparing to conduct a
dissertation related to K-12 distance education.
In real estate, Greg is primarily interested in investing, but is also a
self-employed broker
assisting people with real
estate sales and loans. Greg believes that the current state of the residential
real estate market provides some excellent opportunities for investors, first-time
home buyers, and those who did not get caugh-up in the over-leverage fiasco of the
last five years. He believes that 10 years from now people will look back and say
that they should have been buying with both hands during this time, much like people
look back on the early to mid- 90s and say the same thing.
